祇園祭の時 祭る牛頭天王,,,

八坂神社の 由緒記略と 八坂御鎭座大神之記には 新羅国の牛頭山にいらっしゃる 素盞烏尊を 京都に仕えて 祭祀を執り行なうと記録されている。久米邦武は 素盞烏尊が新羅の神だと主張して困難を経験するようになる。牛頭­山は韓国の伽揶山の隣にある山でもある。

日本は牛頭天王が印度から来たと捏造する。
