Yea, I'm a fan of Cassey, her channel & workouts thanks to this channel. My 2011 fav Diethealth videos are the Cardio pilates & 3 top pilates ab moves (ft Cassie). I look forward to weekly videos featuring trainer Steven Cabrall because he gives so many helpful tips. Can't w8 for next year.
