  • If your gonna make Wall Street 2, you bring back Charlie Sheen. If you want Two and a Half Men to go back to "winning", you bring back Charlie Sheen.

  • A Great Moment!

  • Seriously? That doesn't sound like Bud Fox at all...

  • That's not Bud Fox, that's Charlie Harper

  • @RandomFiles411 That's not Bud Fox, that's Charlie Sheen

  • perhaps Bud did learn greed is good, maybe that speech sunk in, post 80s

  • thats not Bud Fox

  • Just watched the first movie in the last year or so. Got on a kick of watching old movies. Very intriguing premise. Intense scenes between CS and MS in lieu of life circumstances. especially the hospital scene when he has the heart attack. I am just thinking about that maybe just bcuz I am seeing MS going down because of a age related heart attack or something and them being like that.

  • 1 person is been screwd by Anacott Steel.

  • You can tell that there was mutual respect between bud and gordon when they met. You can just see it in thier eyes that they just want to leave all animosity and bad blood behind, crack open a couple of beers and reminise about the good old days they had together. It must have been a really great time to have been involved in wall street during the 80's. & they both made a great team, & you can tell that they both want to team up again and reck more havoc.

  • @wimblewomble21 I'd like wall street 2 was just about it...

  • thats not Bud Fox ...thats kinda Charlie Harper, its the aura of him. I love 2.5 men ,but god Charlie sheen was a much better actor befor TAAHM !

  • So he turned Bluestar into a private jet brokerage... which means it would no longer need the fleet of 737s and other larger airliners and the crew maintaining them - so after he got his dad's union buddies to agree to taking a massive paycut to get Larry Wildman into the picture, he still shafted them in the end, classy move

  • @Roodosutaa Good Point indeed

  • Bud Fox is winning

  • That was kind of creepy. Almost as though real contempt came through in Gordons attitude toward him.

  • Interesting that even after all they'd been through 20 years ago, they still have a moment of warmth between them :)

  • Most eiry moment in movie history.

  • They should have had Bud Fox team up wit Gekko again so Jake (Shia) and Gekko can both bury Brolin's character. Would b nice to c all three work on that then Gekko screws all by Greed and gets on top again

  • Blue Horseshoe Loves Anacott Steel

  • The first Wall Street was my all time favorite; I agree with what most of you are writing that this was more of a love story, If thats what they had in mine I would have just assumed not make a sequel; the only real answer for us is what what Gordon Gekko be doing today , same with budd foxx, I was expecting much better

  • This scene was like old high school classmates trying to one-up each other at a reunion.

  • I just watched this and I was trying to find this scene on YouTube when It came on in the movie

  • he's such a great actor!! I really need to see more movies of him

  • Charlie Sheen's playing Charlie Harper not Bud Fox. Epic fail.

  • @jiggashady soooooo true

  • @jiggashady <-- yay - somebody who can see it !

  • I think young Charlie Sheen was a way better actor than Shia Lebeouf.

  • @DeadPederastXIV Really? Is that your life? To search all videos I visited and write shit about MJ? Oh God I have to laugh about you. Is that your destiny? Well, I don't care about that. I can always write fuck you, piss off, etc.....

  • That really sucked. Sheen could have at least TRIED to actually play Bud Fox, instead of just playing himself. And one big question: At the end of WS, Bud Fox is going to prison, and has been offered a job with the airline when he gets out. A JOB, mind you. HOW THE HELL DOES HE END UP OWNING IT???

  • @RaiderDuck It's possible he started from the bottom, then worked with the higher ups to bring the company revenue and negotiated a deal where he owns shares in the company.

  • BUD FOX...WINNING

  • I haven't seen the films, but why did Charlie have such a big role in the first film but reduced to a cameo in this one?

  • @JohnathanPozzi Because the second one is about Gordon Gekko

  • he forgot to mention 7 gram cocaine rocks when he was saying whats next

  • That's charlie sheen in real life ha! With his goddesses. The irony

  • I like it,as if Fox had just advised Gekko.

  • how long has it been since charlie sheen made a movie

  • The best scene ;)

  • Bud Fox is winning.

  • I'm sorry but in relation to the original Wall Street, this scene is ridiculous. It's what I would call...bollocks.

  • @tma291

Yeah. Pretty stupid if you think about it...

  • They really needed to not make this movie.

  • The worst cameo as a follow up ever!!!!!

GG was teaching the business to BF, it was never about making a quick buck and quitting while he was ahead. Stone confused Bud Fox with Charlie Sheen!!!!!

  • Your right Richard. Just watched the film. Teach me to believe everything I read.

  • Wait when did Gekko have a daughter? Didn't he have a son in Wall Street 1?

  • wow,he showed up like a out of the blue.

  • i think it would have been better to see bud just out in the public (as opposed to a millionaires social niche), having taken on the demeanor of his blue coller and ethically grounded father.

  • @ilregazzo totally agree. this cameo takes away from the message they were trying to get across in the first wall street.

  • Charlie Sheen = One of the best american actors

  • @TheGermanMJ94 i hope your being sarcastic

  • @GroovyRaffRaff Why should I?

  • @TheGermanMJ94 because after platoon and ws he threw his career away with the lack of any thing serious, he WAS a good actor and could have been a great like his father but he is no great

  • @TheGermanMJ94 One of the best? In America?

NO! THE best in the WORLD

  • @CharlieSheenEstevez LOL, funny joke

  • @TheGermanMJ94 lol, I like that joke

  • @TrueSake What a joke?

  • Just checked, WS2 had Gekko coming of prison after 7 years. As the film is set in 2008 he must have been put away in 2000. So doubtful Bud had anything to do with it.

Seems like it was a mistake having Gekko collect a 1980's mobile when leaving prison.

  • @ADAM79929 Gekko gets out of prison in about 2000 or 2001 I think. Then at some point there is a jump to "seven years later" and he is out and about promoting his book.

  • Surely Gekko didn't go away for 20 years for insider trading. Mind you the mobile he was given back when leaving prison was defiantly from the 80's.

  • @ADAM79929 Actually Gecko and Jake had a conversation about it. Bud Fox got Gecko convicted of Insider Trading which was 12-13 months max but James Brolin's character Bretton James had ratted out Gordon due to an issue of Gecko not let Bretton inside the insider circle. This caused him to do 8 years. He was in court fighting for 5 years before being sentenced,

  • Bud Fox seems to have done well after going to prison in 87. Don't think what Bud did in 87 put Gekko away. He was much too smart for that. Gekko went to prison several years later.

  • I almost expected him to say, I got a great gig writing jingle, getting laid and relaxing on the beach! He totally sounded like Charlie Harper in this cameo!

  • Easily the best part of the whole movie.

  • He forgot to mention that he is now writing jingles and children's songs while taking in his brother and nephew.

  • that was so funny..... Charlie Sheen's "Bud" pats Michael Douglas' "Gordon" on the shoulder and says, "I'll see you around Gordon. Stay out of trouble" Lol... I like the way Gordon looked at his arm when Bud pats it... like if looks could kill.... :)

  • @ladybuggirl1982 The phrase if looks could kill only apply to women, kkthsbai

  • WS2 was terrible, sorry shia labouff is no sheen.

  • @CAinfowarrior

Shia laboueoaudf or however you spell it is an incredible actor, lightyears ahead of Sheen. Although I agree, I didn't like the movie. That was mostly due to the terrible storyline and the fact that the only two people from the original were Charlie Sheen and that real estate lady and both had no part in the story. I was actually expecting a storyline involving Bud Foxx and some of the old guys. Only good part was Gekko's financial comeback. But Gekko the legend was killed.

  • @MartialArtistWannabe Transformers was good maybe even the second one but after that shia has been cast in horse shit movies in attempts to save them. WS2 wasn't that bad but it relied on B+ actors for the love story. Gekko will always still be a legend and the original Gekko loved his kids and wife. So fuck hollywood elites trying to make him truly evil. It's like Ok we get it CEO's screwed over the financial system with greed. Shia isn't that bad but Shia>Sheen, R you nuts? = D

  • @CAinfowarrior

I agree Shia's movies/parts are usually shitty. But I was just talking about his acting. The kid is very talented and can play many parts. Sheen is really, really one-dimensional. He looks and acts the same pretty much everywhere.

And yeah, this movie never happened for me. Gekko the Great was incredible, but the Gekko in this one was pretty much a hasbeen in denial the entire time and that killed it for me. Even his comeback was crap. He was way more important in the 80's.

  • @MartialArtistWannabe

I mean, seriously. Sure, he made a little over a billion by the end...but in this day and age, there are plenty of those around. I'm not saying that it's nothing...it's definitely not nothing, but it's not the Gordon Gekko that was on the map pretty much influencing everything. He's just a regular rich guy now.

Oh and he was way too old to make a comeback. If you think realistically, a hasbeen old guy would actually be more depressed than Gekko was the whole time.

  • @MartialArtistWannabe Bud Fox might be just a "regular" rich guy but Fox is living the perfect life in his eyes. He's achieved what he set out to achieve, and has everything he could possibly want. He doesn't need anything else! While others are sucking Gekko's kneecaps, they're failing to see how sad a character he really is. He's so obsessed with chasing "the bigger number" that he can't stop to smell the roses. Enough isn't enough for Gordon, so he'll never be satisfied with life.

  • That was the only good scene in the film that made it lived up to the first film. Everything else about it was boring.

  • Charlie sheen is the man at life

  • no need to put bud in this film. just doing it because the first film was so good.

  • Bud's a "player", now!

  • I just watched the first movie and it's great. Haven't watch the 2nd one yet. Good to be back after a long 23 years Charlie :]. How long did Bud Fox went in prison anyway?? It wasn't told in the movie.

  • @ale03000 He got no prison since he snitched Gordon Gekko and collaborated with the Police and Fraud investigation teams at the last minute.

The 2nd movie was a huge let down for me, it's just some long and difficult love story between a wall street newbie and gordon's daughter doubled with irrealistic scenes featuring the guy in his motorcycle giving out 100m in funds to a Company with his cellphone while going to work -_-...

Don't expect too much from that movie, the classic is the best.

  • @WarrenAch i thought he did a bit of time in prison? even in this clip, he said "after a little time away"..seems to be in reference to prison. him collaborating with the police just meant he would get a lesser sentence

  • @WarrenAch Incorrect. If you watch this clip, when he starts talking about his airline he says, "Well, after a little time away..." indicating that he DID go to prison. Obviously not as long as Gekko as he snitched on him.

  • @WarrenAch So true, i love the first one.

  • @WarrenAch This movie was just so weak. They wanted to cash in on a stupid idea. I was cool with a reboot, but no sequel. Main character turned into a playboy and Gekko goes good. This was absolute vomit inducing shit. You're being far to kind in it. Sure make it a reboot I wanted that or make it another Bud Fox movie with him now successful looking for revenge on Gordon and some new people come along. Or just leave it alone and let that kick ass ending be the end to this great movie.

  • @WarrenAch Bud Fox said at the end of the movie, "I'm probably going to jail, dad."

  • Good duo!

  • Charlie Sheen is great! But minute i see him i think of one phrase! "Drink, gamble and hump" huh? Uncle Charlie

  • GO BUD FOX ! THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER QUIT EITHER !

  • blue horseshoe loves annacot steel; the best line in WA and this is the best scene in WS2 imo :) thanks for posting.
