  • Just put my tredmill on a 7 incline, attempted to jog/run and I hit my head on the ceiling.. FANTASTIC -___- I'm not even tall either, I'm only 5'2'' ...

  • @915olivares1 Yes it does. One friend of mine was a size 24 (uk sizes) and started jogging and within a year she went from a size 24 to size 12. My sister-in-law was bigger than a size 24 and started jogging for a marathon and did it for less than a year everynight and is now slimmer than me and i'm a UK size 10!! They both ate healthier and jogged everynight, they have such great results everyone in my area has started jogging to achieve the same results.

I bought new walking/running shoes because I realized my feet were going inward. But my knees still hurt 1 week and a half into my walking routine! I want to jump rope,but not sure if that will make my knees worse?

  • @cajuncurlzz Your body is just adjusting from previous habits (inward rolling). If it keeps going see a sport doctor. Sorry for the late reply.

  • @TheEuphony69 - You can get a stop watch, cheap sports watch, use the one on your cellphone or ipod (if you have one). If you don't have access to any of things just count to 10.

  • I just did this workout on the highest incline that my treadmill has (10), and at 4 MPH, but I felt like I could walk longer than 10 seconds. It is ok or even better if I walk 20 seconds, wait 10 seconds...repeat?

  • very cool idea!! I do think this is effective because I sort of walk this same way when I workout and me and my man have noticed my belly fat decreasing..

  • @annettetcorcoran cardio.. make your heart go and stop. go and stop. makes you loose weight ALOTT!! i lost 15 punda doing only cardio
