Someone on Nico either used the sample mp3 or a radio rip, combined with the promo art and short flash video for the song from the official site, and made this video, which I added the translation to.

@byakuyabou Ah, first one was my mistake, thanks for pointing it out. Second one was intentional; I realize the kanji read "youshi" but if you listen to the song it was pronounced "mitekure;" similarly, towards the end of the song "kishi" (騎士) is read as "naito" (knight). I decided to go with the readings as pronounced rather than as written; it's meant to be a karaoke after all.

She sees his draws on him desk, and one day, when her friends are teasing him, she asks him "Did you draw all the manga on your desk? I love that things too!" and he falls in love with her even more. One day he sees the girl crying alone, he cheers her up and decides to stay by her side forever.
