This song uses the phrase Rivers of Blood, the title of the most well known white power speech in post WW2 britain. The band is obviously racist!

@whitetrashoutlaw The only racial slur I've heard them use is "Paki" but it's important to note that in the 70's and early 80's, that was quite common amongst the working class... The fact that their guitarist played in Skrewdriver doesn't mean much, as The 4-Skins also did stuff with The Oppressed, a lefty skinhead band, they may have just liked the music.

@whitetrashoutlaw They are not a racist band however this particular song has a slight tendency. Before all else it's primarily about anger and unrest. They were kids trying to find a quick fix for problems that they had no control over. I'm not saying that they didn't have any prejudices but most people forget that it was a struggle for most oi bands at that time to not follow the heard, but if you listen to the whole album you'll find that they were not racist. Xenophobia maybe but not racism.

He means normal people get hurt. The "rivers of blood" bit in the second verse is a reference to Enoch Powell's famous speech warning that mass immigration would lead to race war.
The "freedom fighters" line is clearly ironic: the old bill let black rioters wreak havoc and then release them back onto the streets where they're received as if they were heroes, while others rot in jail for minor incidents.
One law for them is a white working class anthem.
