As for the double standard, well that's what happens when a race becomes infamous for oppressing and stereotyping others.

"Racialist" is most certainly a word, only no one has really used it very much for perhaps the last 60 or 70 years. A racialist is more or less someone who takes seriously the notion that race is an important factor in society.

1) The her ruling and the ruling of the other judges was based on a precedent. In tests like these, they look for a racial impact as well as the intention of having that impact there. Congress itself decided that precedent decades ago, and but just now decided to overturn it. Now, they are only looking for the intention of having that racial impact there.

I don't have this Pat Buchanan way of thinking. I'm just telling you the facts as they are! We had more BLACK voters come out to vote because they saw the chance to finally have a black man as President. Yes Democrats voted for him because he is Democrat, but how many black voters actually voted because of his policies and not because he was black? I heard many BLACKS here in my own community who has said they voted for Obama because he was black! Is that not being ignorant?

I hate to break it to you. FOX news is not my only main source of news? I have watched CNN, HBN, and MSNBC. I have read ABC news. But I favor FOX news because they are not biased like the other media stations. They may seem like they show favoritism towards Republicans to you but if you are a Liberal or a Democrat then you will obviously assume that. In all of the discrimination cases she's heard, which is about 90 according to TYT, she's only decided there was discrimination in 12 of them. In 10 of those 12, all the Republicans decided in her favor. In 1 of those they didn't but she still won. And in 1 of those, she didn't win.
She's no more racist than any other judge.

Maybe they didn't. Personally, I fail to see how a test has racial impact, but then again, I don't analyze them. Do you?

The New Haven case was decided the way it was because the new test was not certified properly before it replaced the old test. It has nothing to do with "the blacks" and everything to do with procedure.

Lay out the Sotomayor record -- SAT scores, LSAT scores, bar exam score, law review articles and her opinions -- so that we can see up close what those who eviscerated Robert Bork regard as academic and judicial excellence.
Just lay out Sotomayor's opinions and record, so that, if she is elevated, Americans can say: 0bama voted against Chief Justice Roberts because Roberts could not measure up to Sotomayor, his ideal of what a justice ought to be.

Sotomayor is determined to use any power she achieves to create a society where the demands of race triumph over the ideal of equal justice under law. For Sotomayor, the advancement of non-white people over white males is justice.
Republicans should use this Sotomayor nomination to put affirmative action in the dock for what it is -- race-based bigotry against white males so that nonwhites can receive the rewards of society that they could not win in free and fair competition.

This is bigotry pure and simple. The Ivy League is deep into discrimination of white males as victims.
Sotomayor rejects "the proposition that minorities must become advocates of selection by merit alone."
The White House itself leaked that the final four court candidates were all women and Sotomayor was picked because she was a Latina. One wonders how many superior students and judges have been passed over to advance Sotomayor's career?

So are you saying she is not quaified for the bench? If this is what your saying take a look at Clarence Thomas. He was never a judge on any court? He never tried a criminal case. He never wrote a legal opinion as a judge. But he's on the supreme court. He was in the Civil Rights Divison of DOJ. And as for white men up holding the law It was white men that un held JIM CROW laws. Which had nothing to do with the law. They made policy to fit their view of how black should be treated.

Sotomayor should be a back bencher where she belongs. She is not the real deal, just a product of affirmative action like she says. And she continues to want to elevate the bigotry of affirmative action to hurt white males.
Quit basing your decisions on race, you look like a racist ass.
