Riot really needs to balance some of these champs.

Xin is total crap now. He's crap even as off-tank. I haven't seen anyone play Xin in 1600+. Although I do play him as jungle sometimes out of boredom at 1600+ elo and people rage at me like crazy.

Ashe is no longer playable, because Cait, Graves, Trist, Corki, Vayne, Kog are so much better.

Twitch is complete garbage, but then again Twitch I don't give a crap.

I mean come on, even Teemo got a buff.

@zearsocom It was probably due to part high numbers (40% slow!), and partially because well, he was basically the first Tanky DPS (Dishing out damage, yet still being able to take it), so people didn't know how to counter him. So then he has a monster early game, and then he destroys the other team.
