@cardoormorris One World Whey is not bad, *but*, I have not seen any info regarding the cows they source from not being treated with hormones (the whey I promote is hormone-free) and I disagree with their information on their site regarding pH and fungus in the body; they are incorrect on that topic based on my research, since fungus can and does thrive in an alkaline environment. There are whey's much worse than theirs, that much I will definitely give them.
@zipfreer I support and agree with about 80% of Mercola's opinions and efforts (strongly disagree with some, such as his B12 product), BUT, the protein he sells is sourced from the same company as ours; so it's essentially the same whey. Ours however is not enriched, which we prefer, giving us a pure protein without additives; we'd rather get bio-available natural nutrition from our whole foods and whole food supplements. Just a matter of which a person prefers.
I am interested in whether you are familiar with ProteinFactory. I have no affiliation with the site, I just order my protein from them. I am interested in your opinion on whey isolate and heliogen casein, which is what I use. Anyhow, the reason I like Protein Factory is because you can make custom powders, in which you define the exact ingredients included, so they are as pure as you want them to be. Your thoughts on this in general would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
@eanderson721 I am not familiar with their product, but would be willing to bet the whey is sourced from non-organic, non-grass-fed, hormone-given cows and then subjected to the pasteurization process, destroying vital nutrients. These factors all reduce the quality and bio-availability of the protein in its effort to provide the body with whole-food-type, nutrient-intact, nutrition. Hence my promotion of only this whey product; it is rare to find a wholly intact and clean whey protein source.
@misterras89 A very small amount of product credit only, no money. Since I use his products and believe they're truly the best on the market in the area of whole food powder/greens, raw whey and his healthy fats supplements, I get to obtain them at discounts through the sales. I'm happy with that. :)
@ALPHAandOMEGA44 The bio-availability is so high with this whey that I would resort to a half serving instead, with a cage-free egg (monitoring cholesterol levels) added to increase the amount of protein per serving. I now have this as a breakfast drink (I have never "eaten" breakfast; or at least only rarely). And "yes," I realize it goes against current thought to not eat breakfast in fat loss efforts. However, at my stage in the process, and with my experience, it works for me.
@carlos4719 Hi there...you would have to contact him directly at his site; it depends on where in the world you are, but I do believe he covers most areas. Thanks for watching! :)
