hi i saw a comment you left on an at home ab workout video and i wasnt sure if you had gotten a reply to it you asked if you should eat then work out or work out than eat. ALWAYS work out and then eat because you burn fat and calories for 45 minutes after you stop working out.
Hey man, being doing this for 2 weeks now and I feel results and starting to define my abs a bit more, I fairly skinny, but only have slight outlines at the moment, would this get my abs ripped after a few months.
This workout will definately help you get definition in your abs but the most important part is dieting. Skinny guys like us still have fat and its usually in that area so i recommend walking uphill to burn the fat and also running for toning.

you do like 20 reps 4 times
thats 4 sets.
so you do 20 then rest 60 sec. than again 20, rest 60 sec. etc etc.
that would be 4 sets for 1 exercise.
you do the same for the other exercises
