Well i think you need to refine your lip SYNCing skills cuz that is for sure her singing live. 1st off, this performance is ten seconds longer than the track off the cd. Second off, when miley sings "But it burned to hot to survive", at about 0:26, she does that trademark staccato with her voice. Besides that, this is probably the most fantasic I have ever heard Miley sing. I love this song and I love her voice. She definately is kicking it up a notch!
