  • you know your foot that always stop you from doing another rotation? kick it up and as your foot is up the air, kick your other foot again to do another rotation

  • Try to stay up on your upper back, dont wear jeans because then your legs will look not straight and and just keep practicing, also stretch

  • Don't worry, windmills are hard, took me about 3-5 months to get. You need to kick harder, and collapse better. Collapsing is very important, it gets you on your upper back, with he spin of your legs. You should be spinning from shoulder blade to shoulder blade, not on back to shoulder blade. Keep trying. :D

  • yeah i did it with head off the ground and had to relearn it with head on the ground, the thing about that is that you should first learn how to do it with head off the ground i think because you injure your head less, like even now sometimes i dont keep my head on the ground 100% and it bounces on the floor and hurts so yeahhhh, pretty much your body is suppose to be like a cone rolling on the ground with your head as the tip

  • stay on upper back... keep hips elevated all the time. A proper windmill is done on the edge of the head. keeping your head down will help you keep your legs up. goodjob and keep practicing

  • when your on your back kick left leg higher so you can spin back to the freeze and then collapse agian to keep doing more

  • if shit well kick your right leg instead you spin counter clockwise but you have this by now sence ints like two years ago haha

  • You need to roll on your shoulders/head area not on your lower back area.

    when you kick, collapse, instantly roll on your shoulder. you shouldn't hit your left foot or heel if you do it right.

  • Try leaning forward and lifting those legs higher from right from the beginning...biggest mistake i see is your not collapsing your left arm enough

  • Keep your legs spread, and also: make some more room, so you feel alot more comfortable, try some exercises of rolling on your shoulders, also do not use the one hand style when you want to connect the second windmill,

  • u have to make sure most of ur upper body is touching the ground even ur upper back so ur legs wont touch the ground.

  • you're going into them perfectly! just hold your shape. the way to get the elevation to go thru again is (in your case) digging your right heel into the wind behind you (as soon as you go in), this will lift you, keep forcing that heel back (holding shape) and you'll also pick up speed

  • the kicking part was not just lift ur leg around,u need a real kick and imagine u want kick ur own head.

  • imagine your kicking leg continuing the sweep, the main problem was my mindset, i thought i could only do one, so my body stopped at one, think you can do too and force the leg to continue the swing and you'll feel it.

  • you hit your shoulders because you collapse to late. collapse right away, and youll slide onto your shoulders inside dropping on to them. and way to continue without your leg is to pop into handglide as fast as you can. your body will be more elevated when your leg comes around so you wont hit the floor

  • u are there man. what you want to do now is as you contort your upper body (before the second retation starts, you want to kick your power leg up, so u maintain on ur "wings" as someone stated here. as your power leg kick up, swing the lead leg to maintain the circle, this should be done as your contort your upper body, getting ready for ur second one. ur basically there bro, keep up the good work. continuous mills is a split second work, once u get 2-3 rotations, the rest is pure momentum.

  • you must keep the left leg up, and push back with the right leg. practice that about 1 month and you will do perfect windmills.

  • There's no need in me echoing what everyone else said but you've got your form and collapse right now just concentrate on collapsing on your upper back and whip your legs hard.

  • you need more space. trust me when i first did my mills my mind would think i was gunna hit somethin cause i couldnt really see if i was or not but then when i got more space u are able to put more power into it.

  • kk ya first you need a better place to do it in like go out on a deck or street with a big peice of cardboard and then just kick a lil harder off u starting position and then just roll ur body and u should be able to get in to the starting position again
