Battle Hymn of the Republic - 75th Anniversary - Mormon Tabernacle Choir

My choir--the Bach Festival Choir of Winter Park--performs this exact arrangement every July 4th. It is a truly profound hymn, and an excruciatingly beautiful choral piece. I have never been able to perform this music without choking up, no matter how hard I try.....it always brings tears to my eyes.

at the conclusion of the 75th anniversary concert all former members of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir were invited up to join the current members of the choir and that is why there are so many who look a bit out of place.
