I was linking through exercise vids and came to this. It's funny because right now, I'm a pre-med student taking cadaver dissection. I have a test next week on the structures of the pelvis and lower limb, and I just finished dissecting out those various muscles and ligaments on our cadaver today. She has powerful Biceps Femoris and Multifidis muscles. Ha Ha.
I just recently purchased this dvd, and it is AMAZING!! I've been doing yoga for awhile now, but would still be considered a "beginner".... I usually do more vigorous workouts, however, this uses ultimate lower body strength and within one session, i felt it the next day. I did it the following night, with much more ability since i knew what was coming, so i was able to get into the moves easier. I love every second of this workout as well as her creative core! Love it!!
These postures are relatively simple to do but they are surprisingly demanding and effective. Doing these exercises daily can produce visible results as quickly as one week's time. You'll feel the results in the same day. I saw these results for myself and my clients.Glad I ran across Shive Rea.
