The late summer light on the camera lens---and, even better, on Edie's skin. God, it reminds me of my childhood. What happened to sunspots on film? They were so beautiful.
There are so many endearing Edie clips on YouTube, many with loving comments. Too bad Edie didn't live long enough to see how much a younger generation adores her.
