As the others said it works on a swordie a 0 attack speed swordie could only get 2 hits on a very close target using special he will only get 3 hits if you position a little farther from the target.On my swordie with 52 attack speed he could hit up to 4. Attack speed also decrease your delay after a special.

try it on sword, with about 40 atk speed u will 100% hit special more than 3 hits, it really speeds up your special, just your 50 atk speed is +9% atk speed, it hard to see, but it matters

attack speed doesnt significantly speed up any of the animations, its the delay after it cuts down, ive also heard it reduces lock on time for mage fireballs but im not sure if its fact.

Yes att speed does affect how many hits you get with spec, you can get 6 hit w/o any att speed you just have better chances with att speed

attack speed is used for stun grip not for special for ninjas... and my warrior does 4 hit specials due to his attack speed

well look at the video, hacked atack speed vs 0/50. It DOES NOT!!! speed up special, it reduces delay after the special is over and the last hit. My warrior can do a 6 hit special with 0 attack speed, just need correct placement, speed has nothing to do with it.

attk speed doesnt do crap if ur specing dude, if ur hitting a 4 hit combo, it will still be weak, a 2 hit combo and if ur full spec does mroe damg

It was fixed in a later update for the Swordsman and Ninja specials to hit. The enemy used to fall to the ground after the second hit.

I "skipped" because the specials got out of line. But yes attack speeds effects how fast you get your wep back after a special but it does NOT effect how fast the special swings themself are.

There isn't one. Because the ninja on the left had maxed attack speed with rings, gear and such. Compared the the right with 0 with out the items. You might get the wepond back faster after the 3rd swing but it doesn't charge faster or swing quicker.

Attack speed DOES effect the speed of special swings. If it doesn't, why do swordies with alot of attack speed ALWAYS land 3 hit specials?
