Armanti Edwards is an outstanding quarterback; his weight is not really an issues because he put on additional muscle weight. The issue is will any NFL team give him an honest try out or even draft him as a quarterback because he definitely better than Tebow in my opinion. I think Armanti Edwards won three National Championships in Div. II or Div.I A

hmm.... WR? I think he would actually be better at WR in the NFL than a QB. Not hating on him, but: He gets hit by one huge linebacker- season ending hit. He's just tooooo small to play at QB in the NFL.

As a Michigan alumna, I am sick and tired of losing to athletic quarterbacks! I swear Lloyd Carr is stuck in a time zone. He cannot seem to make an adjustment. Michigan has been destroyed by McNabb, Troy Smith, Vince Young, and now Armanti Edwards! Unlike the other quarterbacks, Edwards is a kid from a Division II school! I noticed this flaw before I graduated, but people kept making excuses! Now what? Michigan needs to get a new coach or I guarantee that we will be beaten by Michigan State!

My bad! But, I doubt that Appalachian state will have another chance to upset another big name school b/c most big schools will now decline to place them on their schedule! Big schools want a floor mat to play against the first week. So, enjoy the David vs. Goliath stories in the media while you can!
