test drive them BMW stores let you do that for free but just dont drop the thing then you will have to pay for it. i get 650 for my gf you like half the pounds of a man and Japs sell a 650c in Suzuki the Strom and Honda enduro 650cc that really all you need great price too. Strom made 999 and 650 and they sell l the 650 by the thousand but they stopped making the 1000. Check out the adventure magazines all the men have Jap 650cc. i would go 450 or lower it more for jumping not for highway

Nice... I am going to order a 2010 GS in white, lower crash bars, Adventure sump guard, adventure mudguard protector, pannniers (all 3) Handlebar cross brace with red BMW padding, chrome exhaust, heated grips, esa electronic suspension, headlamp brow, comfort seat (seats in black) oh and adventure cross Spoked and hand protector guards.

I were thinking of this bike for touring over my SV650S but being a small female i might be better going for the 650GS and they are half the price but to get it upto spec i'm looking close to the cost of a R1200GS :( /helpme.

Mine's in a crate at the dealership until the snow melts ... Can't wait !!!!
