interesting is i have always knew we just didnt evolve. to little time. look at sharks and crocadiles, after millions of years, they remain the same, they hit an evolutionary block. thats what happened to apes. then apes were messed with plenty of times, look at the neandertols cromagnons homosapian. also having the 2 to 3 percent differance in genetics could explain birth defects, two races are too far apart and dont mix right. also look at sars it attacked only one genetic code.

The reason for evolution is to evolve into their atmosphere.

That is why crocodiles are extremely powerful predators, and same goes for sharks.

they wouldn't need to constantly evolve only to evolve to become more adaptable

There are no Chuhuahuas in nature, dogs are the way they are from human breeding. If there was no human influence, dogs would look much different, as would many fruits and vegitables. That's what is being proposed, that there was intervention. By the way, dogs and wolves produce fertile offspring.
