I couldn't begin to suffer through this entire video. What about the dual newspaper birth announcements and the recent release of the long form by Obama. That all corroborates what the Hawaii state officials who examined the long form and found no fraud or anomalies have stated from the beginning. Obama isn't perfect, but this video is outrageous. What's more, McCain was states' rights on parental issues. I thought there were already enough parents at the back of the bus with the 14th Amendment

When the federal judge told Mr. Bery he does not have standing to sue any agent of the fed gov that should mean by same token that all agents of the federal gov have no standing to make or enforce any law on a person. The fed gov is a gov of the combined power of the states dirrected at other nations dealings with the combined states interests. End of story. But the constitution does have laws the people have the standing to enforce against all levels of gov. Only local laws can legally police.
