  • Hey its blinkie!

  • my balls...your mouth

  • @MartinApayauq1997 There's also beans, tofu, temphe, lentils, and all veggies have protein. 49% of the cals in spinach are from protien.

think about it... have you ever heard of someone with a protein deficiency? it's a myth that people just like to use against vegetarians and vegans.

  • I hate fish

  • cholesterol and fats are used for reproductoin hormones, however you need Pr- to make enzymes that synthesize the hormones

  • Blinked 74 times.

  • lol

  • @myrdale haha xD

  • @myrdale females blinkes doubblet up what man are blinks

  • thats interesting but im going to stick with eggs and a large glass of milk in the morning

  • drink a 10oz glass of milk and 4 spoonfulls of peanut butte or two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.. 30+ grams of protein

  • *High five*

    Go vegetarians!

  • vegitarians are faggots and emo j.k j.k

  • I wanna make love with rachel from miami beach!

  • try spirulina one of the highest content source of protein so far on earth

  • you can live perfectly fine on a plant diet, but having clean meat in the diet is definetly a healthier lifestyle especially if you want to be an athlete of any sort.

  • This is ridicoulous. It seems like Rachel always ends up recomending supplements. You can´t explain this in 1 minute in a hurry like this. The proper way to take it is naturally and not mixing it with carbohidrates. Have you heard of the NATURAL HIGIENE way of eating?

  • but...i heard protein shakes can get u fat...or does it?

  • I have been taking protein shakes for a long time. If you exercise enough there's no reason that they would make you fat. And, some protein shakes contain more fat than others so you need to make sure you know what you're drinking.

  • depends if it is a meal replacement or just a pure whey powder, a sucking down meal replacements with sugar in them can make you fat, whey actually helps you cut fat if you exercise.

  • shes cute.

  • Pay attention. She's not that cute. You're just thrown off cuz she mentioned hormones, sausage, nuts, and seeds.

  • thanx....

i am tae kwon do(martial art) player. we cant take supplements.

can you tell me natural ways to gain mass and strength.

what to take, how much and on which time in the day??

  • LOL, what kind of question is that dude, tell me what is your objective, your goal? maybe i can help you but right now your question is too broad, nobody can help you! lol!

  • Gaganakaguru: include eggs and orange juice at breakfast. Snack on raw nuts and seeds. Include yams, sweet potatoes and plantains instead of potatoes in your diet. I'm not a nutritionist but I think this will help.

  • okkk....

i am a skinny type of a person and dont have good height too

and i am sports person so cant take supplements

tell me some natural things too eat.. which contains fat and protein to increase my body growth and help to extend it...

my Senior says you shoudnt take same kind of protein every day, coz it'll stop effecting my body...

so pls tell me their quantity and frequency to take in a day or in a week....

or any other option you can recommend me...

    thank you

  • ok- i am not expert so dont take my word for granted. weight loss occurs from eating small portions frequently (about every 2 and a half hours) so i would assume the opposite (weight gain) would occur from eating large portions of food with lots of time between each meal. eat carbohyrdates before you workout for energy, and protein after your workout for rebuilding your body. natural things? brown rice, mushrooms, spinach, eggs, parsley, celery, whole wheat bread, etc. (Continued)

  • (continued) and remember, cook your food with vegetable or olive oil NOT BUTTER!!! this is very important- butter will just make you fat and raise cholosteral. dont EVER eat fried foods, they are soo bad for you. eat lean meats, beans, for breakfast always make sure to eat a good balance of carbs and protein, personally i like to have oatmeal with protein powder (the best protein powder in my opinion is a brand called "sun warrior") oatmeal-carbs protein powder- protein. or eggs and whole wheat

  • thaks......

i feel large meal with time deference will work for me..

    a suitable too

    thanks again

  • ok- so maybe you want to limit yourself to 3 big meals a day plus snacking in between, and dont forget to work out really hard otherwise it will all turn to fat and not muscle. like i said- DONT take my word for granted, this is just one guy speaking with his own opinion, i am NOT an expert.

  • Yeah soy has lots of protien, but the quality is not there as it dose not contain all essential amino acids(building blocks of protien that are not produced by your body that you need in your diet).

Hemp seed is better as it contains all amino acids. not to mention the best source of Omega 3,6,9 for your brain and flexibility in joints. SO 50% fat, 35%... Thats as god as it gets in nature
