What made this such a great scene is that the season led you to believe they would find a way to save dean in the end. Dying is one thing, but damned to hell? I only wish they didnt clean cut it when he returned. He should have had bad PTSD when he came back and not just a few bad dreams.

GOD. This scene gave me nightmares of hell. Seriously. Dean, who risked his life to save Sam. Then, when Dean is ripped apart by the Hellhound, he's taken to hell where he calls out the name of the only person left in his life he loves, even though he knows Sammy ain't comin. Having to endure that...no human should have to. Power to Dean. Best character in the damn show; I don't fuckin care what anybody else says.
