please subscribe me if you re interested in a weight loss progress documentary. My diet is to eat unlimited carbs, low fat and very low sodium. I tried it for 4 days before and lost more than a pound per day . Lets see if i can proove that carbs dont make you fat but lean. Salt makes you gain weight, if you eat more carbs that usually means more salt = more water retention = weight gain. I dont eat added salt at all in my program. Please subscribe!
Hmmm posted a comment but it didn't post! lol! I have a veggie low fat dish for you! It's called Imjudara. It's a lebanese dish. My family (dads side) is lebanese but I'm like 25%. I'll post the link to the recipe in a message. =)
Vegetarian tips: Try replacing meat with high protein beans (Edamam, Chick, Soy etc) and making healthy stews and curries. You can buy the beans in tins and add them to pretty much anything. Good luck! Em x
Good luck on your goal for the next 30 days. Ive never maintained a veggie diet for more than 3 days. I did that for an assignment in a nutrition class. I wish I could help you out with a recipe or something. Seems like I ate more oatmeal for those three days I mentioned.
I don't have any awesome links and things but I can tell you from being one for 6 months that you need to make sure you get your protein from alternate sources and I would suggest taking vitamins too!
I did it a few years ago, but didn't do very well, I figured all I had to eat was green broccoli boca burgers, that was fun for a week until the broccoli burgers got very nasty tasting! I didn't take vitamins or anything, I think anyone wanting to needs to really do their research to make sure they stay healthy!
You are right, in all points. Research would be a good thing to do and not eating the same stuff all the time... broccoli burger, mh... I couldn't eat them 2 days I guess...
