What is the initial state of this system?
particles are distribuded evenly inside sphere and then their velocities is calculated through some turbulence function?
It seems every velocity is outwards

Particles will be randomly distributed within the sphere. When the system expands, the combination of tiny variation and gravitational attraction between the particles will cause the filament structures seen in this video.
