California Senate Bill SB 798 : How do we Save Paintball?

Painballers don't realize that just because they've been exempted doesn't mean anything. Senator De Leon only exempted you so he wouldn't have to fight Paintballers and Airsofters at the same time. He's dividing and conquering the two communities and if he defeats airsoft he'll come for paintball too and paintballers will be alone in the fight. Besides the two sports are the same thing, there's no reason to fight, we must work together to fight this bill!

@martinyoo2 I agree that some kids are stupid buying these BB/pellet guns and shooting around their neighborhood, but that's only some. Also, kids with paintball guns can do that too! Police will shoot anyone with anything remotely similar to a real gun. For instance, several policemen where in pursuit of a woman until she finally stepped out of a car. She aimed a car phone at them, and the police confused it for a real gun instantly. She was tased before the cops realized it was a car phone.

@STMaster95Z True.. but now i heard that they changed it to where paintball guns were excluded from bill.. So, personally i don't give a damn about airsoft players. from my personal experience, i just don't like kids/teens wearing full military uniforms and most of them act all cocky and think they are gods gift to earth when it comes down to airsoft. I'm just glad i don't have to mod my paintball gun now for airsoft guns.. HA! good luck with that.

@martinyoo2 Both airsofters and paintballers act cocky. I know this since my airsoft field is joined by a nearby paintball fields. You can't just say most of airsofters act all high and mighty, and I can't say most paintballers act like they're the sh*t too. Your opinions are your opinions, but you can't stereotype airsofters because of the lot you've seen/heard. We just all want to have fun in the end. I play airsoft AND paintball, btw (mostly airsoft though).

Recently recieved a emil from a congressman saying that it has already been passed. Im not trying to be negative. I still thin that we should fight but it has already been passed
