  • great video thanks for it i won't buy this kind of machines since i need to juice fruits.

  • That is easy to solve , just dump the already grinded fruit in to the grinder one more time and it will push all the fruit

  • I was thinking it may help push everything though if you added a little bit of greens (kale, spinach or collard). I wonder if that would help get the soft fruit to go through more thoroughly.

  • looks good man wat are you talking about?do you know wat you have there?thats one of the best juicers in the world ,a tip also , your fruit is a bit mushy, some need to blended or just eaten, not juiced, that juicer is good for some hard fruits not soft,it is a monster on greens, awesome juicer

  • Well no sh1t buddy the 8000 series is good for hard veggies and fruit, and THE BEST LEAFY GREENS! What I dont get is why you would want to juice soft fruit anyway.?

  • @l300giemane 2.20

  • ...or get an omega vert 350 hd

  • @skoobalon - I wish! In Japan, even though it's so close to the factory that makes Omega juicers in Korea, I have not been able to track down anywhere that sells Omega juicers. Instead, when I return to Japan, I'm going to order a Hurom HU300 which is pretty much the same as the Hurom Slow Juicer sold in the U.S.

    Great idea!

U live in japan? I lived there for 2 years...loved every day of it. Japan is a wonderful country, with wonderful people.

  • throw in a few carrots and that will solve the problem

  • @skoobalon For sure. With this video, I was really just trying to show that while the Omega J8006 has a great reputation (and rightly so), there are some fruits that it doesn't deal with too well. Unless, as you say, we push them through with some vegetables, like carrots or leafy greens.

  • @thejuicefiend

Thanks for the reply. Take care, my friend. I like your videos. Keep them coming...especially features of japan :-)

  • Great video quality though!!!

  • @bankmind80 +1. Great video quality for a 360p resolution video! Wonder what camera he's using.

  • @tempid159 Thanks for your comment, thejuicefiend. I couldn't find the camcorder you mentioned (HDR-CX370V) on Amazon or any other sites. Did you buy it in the U.S? Thanks again.

  • @tempid159 I am based in Japan so picked it up there. I was a bit concerned coz there isn't an option to change the language to English. There's probably some really cool features that I don't know how to use but to be honest, shooting videos and uploading them isn't too hard.

  • If you wanna do a lot of fruit you need a Vitamix blender...the Omega is for leafy greens and veggies like John said.

  • @bankmind80 - For sure. I love the Omega J8006 but it does have its limitations. As you say, this juicer is the BOSS when it comes to leafy greens!

  • I tend to agree that adding fruits to a blender is a better idea. That means we can eat 100% of the fruit, not just the juice. I've never tried gently freezing fruits before juicing them. I think that hard (almost un-ripe) nectarines might juice okay because they would be much crisper.

  • Maybe try freezing them a bit (1-2 hrs)? Might lose a bit of nutrients but it might be an option. Logic: the pulp isn't going through because it's too soft to grind?

Just a thought. If you try it, please let me know if it works. I'm getting an omega 8006 as soon as I return my breville 800jexl (which is easy to wash but separates the juice way to much)

  • That's where a blender comes in handy so you can juice your apples and then add it to your necturines in the blender
