haha i dk man..every week just started feeling better after i did that 661 a few weeks back. i've been hitting my accessory work hard, bent rows, reverse leg curls and extensions and it's seemed to be working out real good man. the 710 felt real good, just caught a lil bit on my shorts but the speed felt good the whole way. so i think i'm just gonna go for 727 cause if i get it which i think i can, it'll be triple body weight @ 242 on that day so we'll see man :D

yeah ill be benching next week... pretty sure i strained my coraco brachialis ... its a very small muscle that attaches to your anterior scapula (coracoid process) and also attatches to you the medial portion of your humerous( upper arm bone on the medial side) anywayz the end of the muscle i strained in the part on the humerous.. dude i fuckin smoked 545 and as i locked it out i felt something pulling lol... im a little soar but think ill be good.. going to just use the narrow grip for now on
