@Lev1H haha, well mate, it's not that simple. First, U have to pay to be in the rally, somewhere between $30 - $40 thousand dollars. Second, if you can afford to pay that much to enter the rally, you should be able to afford a nice car.

Street racing is a fact of 3 things, balls, if you can drive good and know what your car can handle, and other people on the road. I drive very often 200km/h on the left lane (Netherlands). But when some dick can't see how hard your going and he drops his car on the left lane, no option is there so it"s risky to drive that speed. But it gives you hell of an great adrenaline rush, so I would recommend drive as fast as you can (y).

@MrMrTiimo Ya I saw that, if I were the officers I would have just let them go. The line of cars pulled over caused the entire traffic jam plus there were like 300 people on the side of the highway. Besides the fact that standing on a highway is extremely unsafe but that many people could have pwnd those cops if it somehow got nasty. But in the end, very entertaining.

@MotherRabbits09 if your packing 250+ mph, why slow down? just watch your mirrors, you see a cop, get off the freeway, and loose them in the city, get back on and floor it. not many other cars can do 250 though. closest ones i know are tuned Ford GT1000, 242 mph, the Koingsegg CCX, 249 mph, and i believe bugatti claimed a top speed of 268 mph on they're Veyron Grand Sport 2013.

The idea of this "rally" is really great, having a large group of people + some cool cars and drive across countries. But they should encourage speed limits and don't make it a race with winners like who gets first, better would be install a gps on every car and make the winner the ones who pass speed limits less times. It should be a really big planned trip. This without the "race/rally" tag attached and small price entry ticket would be really really awesome. By the way... lol at 1:25 :D
