I actually liked this movie. Feel free to drain me completely of blood, because I found it to be a work of art. My only problem is that scene where she telekinetically lifts the two vampires drinking Cara's blood in the air and kills them by breaking their necks. From what I remember, that's not one of the ways to kill a vampire.

I like the concept of drugs having a vampiric effect; sexy,mysterious,dark, pleasurous. Then destructive towards the life and soul,making morals compromised and hurting close ones in your s and m battle of pleasure and pain. Because of that it would've been interesting to involve college students instead. As one I relate knowing others' naive romanticized relationships with drugs for "artistic" purposes and life philosophies.

If you don't use open minded insight and patience I see how this may bore you. I found this movie to be of value :) there were some poetically cliche parts but it was still beautiful. I liked the visuals and monologues. Which is why it would've been awesome to see more of the "rich guy" (who resembles the romanticized qualities of drugs/vampires to humans IMO)

This movie is low budget, so don't go in expecting much. You are not going to find Underworld-style CGI special effects and honestly, that's a part of why this movie works. I loved how gritty and raw the Vampires appeared.

As seductive as all the pretentious art seemed on the surface, underneath was something ugly and obscene. Considering that the vampirism in this film is a metaphor for drug addiction, I think it all came together rather well.

Overall, I enjoyed it.

I'm actually a horror film producer, and enjoyed the concept for it. The special effects are on the fake side, but when you're working with a budget that is limited, I would have to say they faired on that scale.

I heard of this film when I discovered that Ivan Moody played the part of the Incubus, and I too have to admit I'm a big fan of his, and 5FDP!

This movie looks fantastic - kudos to the crew from getting away from 2-D teen vampires and countless vampire detectives seeking redemption. I'm impressed with the seductive and nightmarish world this movie presents.

Vampires are MONSTERS plain and simple - their really only desire is to seduce and destroy - that's the core essence of a proper vampire story like Dracula, Necroscope, Carmilla and other stories that come before this.

I'd love to know how the writer came up with the idea.
