  • Good luck on your journey Amanda. I don't personally use weight watchers, but of all the diet plans out there its one of the most sensible and flexible. I would suggest using your activity points, because you will find that you will get more benefits from exercise when you fuel it properly. It will slow your weight loss, but it will increase your fat loss, which is more important anyway.
