PTRS-41 is stronger but Not as accurate or as relliable As M82 so its also heavier made in ww2 u Know so its ur Own choice

and 1,013m/s (3,320 ft/s) velocity but 400 meters effective range

while

Barrett M82 with 853 m/s (2,799 ft/s)velocity (slower less energy ) but effective range 1,800 m (5,906 ft) i think its beter i dont know about the bullets if they are

smaller (less energy)
