  • @follielafemme As of today it's 38 lbs. I'm not trying to be thin, just healthy. I know I'm bound to lose more though because I have quite a bit of hip and belly fat left that I know exercising is going to melt off.

  • Great recipe! Just a little nutrition trivia: bell peppers have 2 to 3 times the amount of vitamin C per pound than fruit. I LOVE bell peppers! For the salad, I think I'd also open a can of white baby corn and sprinkle on a few kernels.

  • @GooodAsian only eat half and keep the pit in the other half. When you make guac, put the pit inside the dip bowl and it wont brown!

  • @GooodAsian I put lemon juice in the container with it but that only slows it down. We'll eat the whole thing in two days so I don't worry about it much. If you won't eat it quite as fast only cut up half of it at a time and leave the other half with the pit in and cover as tightly as you can with plastic wrap.

  • @MsRoyalAlex I like to also consume protein from chicken breast, turkey and fish.

  • @MsRoyalAlex yeah, if you eat lots of soybeans and stuff probably, but in this recipe, the only highprotein stuff is the chicken :) also if you work out, you need extra protein for your muscles to grow nicely :)

  • @Jordanfacekilluh That would be really good too, they'd be much sweeter after cooking. I thought about doing that when I made the wrap but didn't because I was really hungry and didn't want to wait lol.

  • Just a little tip for you keeping onions chopped in the fridge- don't cut the onion until you use it. It loses it's flavor faster if you chop it in advance and then wait. :)

  • This looks great. I'd LOVE to see your cooking videos, especially since whatever you're eating seems to be working well for you. I'm trying to make changes, but it's hard to know what actually helps. The only thing I've got so far is rolled oats with a banana for breakfast, salad for lunch and fruit for snacking and it doesn't make for much variety.

  • when u put these pre made ingredients int he fridge for the week how long does it last for? like the lettuce, onions, tomatoes... dont they go bad faster cuz theyre cut up? sorry for all the q's lol FAVORITED THIS VID gonna try this recipe! MORE!

  • @msfili a blender will work great!

  • @msfili They do tend to go bad faster but it depends on the veggie. Onion will keep a really long time, the tomato will last quite awhile. The avocado will go bad soonest, so if you don't like it very much use half and keep the pit in the other half & cover tightly with plastic wrap until you're ready for it. I will use the avocado in 2 days, I bought backups lol. The lettuce will keep for 3-4 days. You'll have to judge how much to cut by how much you'll use.

  • @glintzy At my work we keep our lettuce in plastic bags with a paper towel after it's been washed. It lasts longer that way.

  • Love this.! Looks soo good :) I like to do the same thing, but I have a problem when storing lettuce "/ How do you store it? [sorry if it seems like a stupid question :P] You cut it up & wash it as you use it? My prob was that I wanted to wash it and store it so I didn't have to wash it afterwards, but it just never dries up completely & it goes bad faster.. Ok, I'm rambling. Love ur vids.! ;)

  • @jomyxjomax I wash it while it's still whole and then sit it on a towel or some paper towels for awhile to dry. I then cut it up and put it in a bowl with foil over it. You can buy a salad spinner to dry lettuce that is already cut up. If I'm in a hurry I cut it up while it's still wet and put a paper towel in the bottom to soak up the water and just take it out the next day.

  • @symmetricalastic You could use white or yellow onions if you like those, or just leave them completely out.
