Bruce never been in competition; just seminars demonstrations.

@martinez418 No not everyone has been in street fights. Some never fought beyond the ring. Bruce was bullied because he was 1/4 German which led to many fights during his boyhood all the way up to his teens. He was constantly being attacked by gangs in Hong Kong. He was a street fighter before he was a martial artist. He trained under Yip Man (who's a legend himself). He had years of fighting under his belt.
Bruce did get into real fights with other martial artists later in life and won.

@noblelance Who were the martial artist that ALLEGEDLY Bruce fought?. Then i guess we're all street fighters then; we've all had a few street brawls under our belts don't you agree?. Bruce street fights are mention from Bruce's relatives; this doesn't necessarily make him a street fighter. One who brawls in the streets for money in order to survive makes him a ''STREET FIGHTER''.
I've read of Yip Man & respect his graceful art. I strongly beleive he's art won't work today.

@martinez418 They weren't street fights but Bruce beat a British boxer named Gary Elms, knocked out a Japanese black belt named Uechi in (reportedly) 11 seconds. One of his controversial fights was against Wong Jack Man. Most people know this fight from the Bruce Lee bio film. That was back when he was doing Wang Chun though. I'm not saying Bruce was unstoppable. There is always some one better. But he did have an edge over many of his opponents. He went for practicality instead of style.

Anyhow, Bruce hasn't had any REAL pro fights. The above allege master of MA mention by you are graceful practitioners of MA, oppose to real combative fighters.
Bruce was a great Business man, a great philosopher in his world he lived in, but for many to address that Bruce was a pro in the world of fighting without any actual PRO fights, is just asinine.

@DEG1991 What kind of REAL fight are you referring too? a fight where you can bite off someones ears, pull their hair and bite there legs and arms; is that the type of fight you're referring too?. Anyhow, Norris would do well in a street fight, no doubt! regardless of rules. Norris would now be able to break limbs and necks without holding back.
Many street fighters/brawlers have lost to pros on the street and on the ring. This illusion of the allege street fighter beating a pro is farce.
