You CAN get this bobblehead if you didn't get it as a kid, and even if you killed the overseer.

When you get back into the vault after hearing the distress signal, talk to the guard Gomez, and ask him to take you to Amata. He will take you to the entrance of the area where the clinic is at. This is through the storage room, and up the stairs past the diner (not through it).

The bobblehead is inside an operating room behind the room where Amata is, inside the clinic.

Don't worry, if you didn't kill the overseer when you were originally in the vault, you can go back there and do a side mission as well as getting the bobblehead!

Okay what you do is Tell the security dude ( Not going into super details cause I just found it right now at this moment) Tell him to take you too Amata when you get there go past her and there will be a door.. open it and there'll be a Bloody Mr. Gutsy named Andy.. And a dead chick on the table called beatrice .. In that room look to your left .. on the table it'll be there

Well i already found it but thankyou for telling me. i walked right into that room like 6 times and didn't see the bobblehead. also, poor beatrice. Although the poem she gives us as kids is quite creepy..

@georgewatsonftw Is it really only possible if you did not kill the overseer? I would have loved to go ahead back there and tell that girl of mine that there was a good reason to kill her father after learning more about the vaults..is that not possible? Ah too bad.
