  • the white wall of panels you guys built - what materials did you use and did you top light/back light/ or up light them to get the colors!! Great idea and look!

  • @FirstBossierStudents The panels were made from Duct-board (HVAC fiberglass insulation panels) covered in basic white fabric. We up light the panels with LED's all the way around the bottom in a tray, covered with a black wood front.

  • what kind of stage flooring are you guys using?

  • @RichardCarrWorship our stage is 2 layers of 1" MDF painted using Sherwin Williams Floor paint (Glossy black)

  • @mixing777 Thanks!

  • so are the panels LCD panels or are they just fabric stretched over a frame? or is it painted foam-core? What is it?

  • Yes, the black panels are plasma's; the bottom ones are 42", the top are 50". The white panels are perforated metal panels backed with white fabric.

  • Offically in my Top 10 list of "Coolest things ever"...

    :-=)

  • Wicked cool. Did you have to use special hardware to get your 40D to take a shot every 30 seconds?

  • No, just a USB cable from my computer. I found some free software online that controls the camera.

  • What software did you use? I tried doing the same thing today with DSLR Remote Pro, but a bug in the beta program wouldn't let me do any other interval than 30 seconds. So I used Apple's Automator program to press the "Release" button every 2 sec. and that seemed to work pretty well.

  • Actually, i used DSLR Remote Pro, but the Windows version. I was using my mac for normal stuff, so i set it up on my vista tablet to run the camera. I just tried the mac Beta, and the software wouldn't even connect with my camera. Would be sweet if they get the Beta to work though.

  • Very creative. LOVE it.

  • Very cool vid. Set looked great this morning! This was our 3rd week at Buckhead and I am anxiously awaiting the time when I can get involved in the tech/production team. Amazing job to everyone who works on making this happen.
