After the first chorus at about 5:30. The layers are just so overwhelming in such an amazing way. It's honestly one of the greatest moments in music ever.
I'm always changing my opinion of what's my favourite album ever, but this is the top one pretty often. :P It's sad how people assume because something's death metal, or because it's metal at all, that it can't be beautiful, or profound. I mean, these lyrics compare with the poetry read in English Literature lessons at schools, but there's no chance they'd ever be considered such.
Don't mind me, I just get stressed about all the great works of art in the world that are being ignored.
I looked them up, they seem awesome! Thanks, I'm always on the lookout for death metal bands with vocals that don't annoy me (I hate really high-pitched screeches)!
thanks for the cow bell, because otherwise I would have woken the house up if I didn't know it was metal.

I love this song, especially the lyrics:
But in the hour that I longed for
At the vertex of my crave
Just when I thought I had broken free
I'm even deeper inside the maze
But I don't feel lost anymore
Somehow I do not feel astray
Somehow I' m not the same as before
Maybe I've grown wiser on the way
Amazing. Especially considering the band isn't even from an English-speaking country.

I agree with you. This is gorgeus music. Actually, for me this is THE album of the decade.

I wasn't saying that 'they ripped mastadon off' like countless retards would say without thinking.
I was merely making a connection between similarities in musical styles.

@ShadowArtistTXL I would never even compare them to Mastadon, even in sililarities. More like In The Woods, Arcturus, Porcupine Tree.

@NovembersBlood Arcturus? Whatever you're drinking, I'll have some of that.
