for one, your skin looks incredible despite the slight scarring. two, grow a beard or something! trust me the scars are going to be the last thing people look at. or, start weightlifting, that could be another distraction from the scars.
@RKOmaster trust me it will change your life. having a muscular physique makes your skin almost secondary. check out a website called "stronglifts". they have the best lifting program. but yeah if you ever feel bad about your skin, remember that it would have been so much worse than if you hadnt used accutane. good luck with everything bro!
hi :) your scarring is not that bad. I have just finished my treatment about 7 months ago and I am looking for something that will make my scarring a little bit less obvious.mine is very very similar to yours and in the same areas.
have you done something to reduce the scars? I was talking to my doctor about laser skin resurfacing, but I read loads of reviews and most of them were really negative. any advice? cheers mate
@meadi89 Do not do laser resurfacing, I tried it, did 3 of them, didn't help at all, and it's really expensive, too. I'm using a cream called Maderma and it's helping a bit, and I may do a plasma treatment with my cosmologist soon. Look into plasma treatments, it's the latest thing to come out and supposedly it's really effective. Good luck!
Honestly If I am left with what you have I would be more than thankful as long as I don't have acne anymore I can make it work with the acne scars,so can you cause we are actually pretty good looking guys accepting our flaws,not only accepting them but praising them.Flaws are what makes individuals beautiful,what makes them,them.BTW I heard those actually fade away or decrease in appearance after time anyway,maybe due to sun exposure or just time.You'r still ridiculously adorable :)
@RKOmaster i have the exact same scars in almost the exact same place. i hate them soooo much. but hey no homo. "cover up" hides those sooooooo well. its kind of crazy. i was against the whole dude and make up thing but prom came around and i was desperate so i literally put a tiny (no powder visible) amount on the scar and it blocked out most of the light/shadow and made the scars look maybe half of the what they were. coming from a guy! you should seriously check it out! like no joke
Accutane didn't do that to you, your acne problem prior to Accutane did that. Thanks to Accutane your acne is gone, exactly what it is supposed to do. Do not frighten people away from the drug by saying that Accutane did that, when in fact it helped you more than anything.
@anton4536 I understand that perfectly, I am very thankful to have taken Accutane, I'm just stating that I was left with this after all was said and done, meaning, that it is possible not to end up with perfect skin afterwards, which is of course caused by the acne itself, not accutane
sorry for the late reply ummm it can be anywhere from 900-1500 per treatment depends on the derm. but ask ur derm if he or she does some type of resurfacing treatment. my derm charges 1500 but its okay as long as i have my pre-acne skin back
By the way to the colombian dude it does fix scars. Because it helps your skin to peel faster that so pretty much your getting rid of your scars faster.
Dude your face looks soooooooooooooooo good man. Hardly any scars. Thats awesome bro. Dude thanks so much for making videos. My acne was alot worse than yours hahah but this is like a big help for me mentally because now after seeing what has come of your face I can quit thinking that my scars are going to last forever. Which is what it feels like. My skin may not be as good as yours in the end but this really helps though man. Hey did you get any like laser treatment or chemical peels.
@colombianmandy I'm not complaining, Im merely showcasing my face so other people can see the marks it left on me since the other videos didnt do justice, thats all.

it really doesn't look that bad! i think the point of accutane is to stop your body from producing new acne, which it seems to have done.

@shampoop118 Indeed it has.
