Pros:

-The color of her room is different when she wakes up. It goes from a bright pink to an ordinary white

-Her cane is still in an accessible part of her room, when in the beginning it shows her parents discarding it in the back of the car

-If her body rejected the transplant neither of these details would have been included

People that go through such a life-changing surgery often become confused and literally have to learn how to see and understand the information around them. Sometimes this becomes too difficult for people and they instead choose to revert back to their life of blindness (as shown at 4:30 in the video).

When she's in the shower, reality starts breaking through the dream: first clear memories of her boyfriend, then fuzzy memories, then tracing the lines of his face as vision fades... these memories come faster and faster and get fuzzier and fuzzier until the fuzz turns to crystal clarity when she wakes up blind with no bruising around her eyes and the stick nearby.

Objectively, there is a huge discrepancy between the video and the music. The music is pastoral, calm and soothing, whereas the clip does not convey any of these things. Although the frequent angle changes and color intensity do resemble the sensory overload a formerly blind person would experience, it does not fit the music at all. I'm sorry, but the "concept" behind the clip was poorly chosen

I honestly didn't catch the first time that it was a cornea transplant. I had assumed there was some sort of battery involved, and that she was coming back to her family and friends after recovering at the hospital.

Maybe, for idiots like me, it would help to include an obvious indicator (a sign, a form, or something) suggesting what operation had just been completed.

Otherwise, this is the most beautiful thing I've seen in a long time.
