what is up with game enemies waiting their turn to fight you? I prefer my game enemies to make a b-line for me with no waiting no anticipation. If they hav a strategy against me, it better be something other than gawking at me. It's as if games on a large scale hav improved the visuals and programming, but the players' characters at a large scale aren't up to the task of handling the game designs that are made.

I think it would have been a little more disturbing to see that West didn't enjoy what he was doing, that something was driving him to do all of this, by having him frowning deeply, with an apprehensive look on his face. Lovecraftian horror doesn't feature anyone deriving pleasure at _all_ , just about.

I wish they had tired to three-up(not on-up) themselves, I guess.

Can't say I care for the cussing. Seems forced. Like they're only doing it to sound hip or "hardcore" (like in the GTA games). I loved the soundtracks of the originals, especially part two. I hope parts of the new soundtrack pay homage to the oldies (especially the Basement theme from part two).

I also wanted to see two more bosses: Master Dead and Evil Cross. And phase 2 boss... I wish it had been made as a multi-legged creature such as earwigs, centipedes, spiders, scorpions, etc. Now to the two big flaws: 1. The ending: a cliffhanger. It was rather anticlimactic and... tepid. A conclusive ending would've been very nice, and an unhappy ending at that. I was hoping to see Rick being forced to KILL his girlfriend. 2. Rick vs. Leonora. This duel should've been more epic but...

Lack of enemy varieties; many of them re-occur and in palette swaps. I wanted to see obas and their floating eggs (Phase 9 exclusive), sludge creatures in the sewer (officially called water deads), skull-bats (concept art. Too bad they did not make it to the game), picture ghosts and flying phantoms with skulls (these last two are 2-D exclusive).
