That side of town and what little you've shown certainly does not represent our wonderful town. Haha~ I thought you were drunk already. (j/k!) Hopefully, you'll move to another part of town. Where you're at, very ugly and impersonal part of town, is where most transplants end up until they get more familiar w/Wichita! The traffic lights are there mostly because of the numbers of cars/people going to work at the aircraft factories nearby (that is when more people had jobs). Belated Welcome
i live on the east side in between wichita and andover. it's a great place to live. i think wichita is a beautiful city, even though it might not be quite as exciting as the bigger towns. it's really artsy, with alot of jazz and acoustic as the music scene. (of course i'm choosing to ignore all the screamo metal that teens are playing these days)
Should have driven over to West street, you might have caught me driving by on the camera as it seems every time I leave the house I have to drive either up or down it.
Prolly me getting lazy when I'm with someone. If I'm alone there's more self perpetuated pressure to try to be funny, which in my case involves me acting like a nut.
You should have gone to Old Town, or Delano, or College Hill, or Riverside. You only showed the boring, suburban, cookie cutter side of Wichita.
