99.99% Manta ray. Given the shadow illusion it looks even larger. Part of the illusion here as well is the incoming wake around 1:07 until 1:14. Its big, but not uncommonly big. People that live extensively far from military bases and have spend thier entire lives within a few miles of thier birthplace often mistake various "common" aircraft in odd light situations as visitors from another planet and will not be convinced otherwise.
