i got another problem with this fone. its wierd as. i try and put a certain song as a ringtone and it says its the song on the profile but when someone rings it plays a default ringtone. it only happens on certain songs and ive tried mucking around with the different file types with no solution. any ideas?
Yep, i had the same problem. I realised that some songs i uploaded to the phone were missing but some others not. Just changing the length of the mp3 file name, the problem is solved.
Anyway im having some problems to load games and applications in the phone. The software, LG pc suite, is crap, slow and not efficient.
Hi I was just wondering if your PC suite is compatible with your computer os. I'm asking this because it looks like you're using windows vista (like I am and my pc suit is incompatible with it. If you had the same problem, how did you sort this out? Did you just use the memory card and use the viewty as a mass storage device? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Go to the USB connection menu. You have to select "mass storage" in stead of "data", after that, i dont know why, the lgpc suite will work properly.
I´ve found a video here in youtube about how to install games in your viewty (search "How Install Games On Lg Viewty 990"). Its really usefull, have a look on it.
