Choosing a band that does drugs, promotes promiscuity and rebellion isn't condusive to promoting a life style that doesn't include that stuff.., hello? brains?
that was really good! my senior class is going ona missions trip 2 argentina in may and we will b doing a similar version of that skit so if u all could pray 4 the ppl in argentina that their hearts would b open 2 God's Word that would b awesome! thanks :)
i suppose it shows that whoever we are from whatever culture background we're from and whatever our music tastes, we're still stuck to the sin chair without Jesus <3
that's hillarious! i've never seen it before with more than one person getting stuck on the chair. it kinda helps if it's painted first so people think they get stuck on the paint, then find out it means sin after.
I got the message immediatly that sin traps and can hold you there if you dont pray and recieve Jesus into your heart. Keep up the good work young people, your generation will face more sin than ever, via internet, television, drugs, alchol, emo, and other deep issues dealing with your heart. Choose Now who you will serve. Man will serve God or money!!!Jesus is LORD
What is it with youth groups using songs by secular artists for their skits and human videos? I know Green Day is not talking about God in their song "Boulevard of Broken Dreams." Whatever happened to using songs by P.O.D., Skillet, or Kutless?
Get a little more legalistic why dont you? We use secular songs during some of our skits and no less people get saved then if we used a christian artist. Remember its really not what we do that get people saved (yes we are the messengers) but its what God does.
Sorry if I come off that way, but in the 90's when I was a teenager, a church youth drama team didn't need to use a song by a secular artist or band to get a point across. Besides, if an unsaved person watches the drama while listening to that secular song, is he going to pay more attention to the drama or just the song itself?
Like I said, Its nothing "we" do. The wheels on the bus could be the song playing and if God touched someone heart and they could get saved. It doesnt matter the song, its the spirit thats behind it.
you know i could rant and rave. and curse and spit and cough. or drink and smoke and shoot up or smoke up or anything. and still know something. what i see is God knows your heart. your actions or postitions do not determine your salvation. so why cant God use something not of him. for his purpose. Jesus did a lot....
Great video with a very true message. Thanks for posting this up on youtube. I want to feature it on my channel (hope you dont mind) I believe it needs to be seen. God Bless!

ironic how this skit is set to secular music..i'm sure Christian artists have produced a similar song

How is that ironic? Skit=Good/Secular music=Evil?

my highschool christian drama team did skits to secular music. we just always made sure there was no way they could've been taken in a negative way.
miikarox 4 years ago
well after posting that comment above i discovered secular music is OK, just as long as it doesnt influence you
