Yes. Elsewhere, this clip is ID'd as aired in 1959, but the advertisement which comes immediately before this segment is for a 1957 model De Soto, so it must be late '56 or early '57.
It's clearly a Suez reference (hence Groucho's reference to Egyptians in the audience), but I still can't figure out what feature of the "cigar store Indian" prompted Groucho's Eden comparison? The "war paint"? The dropping from above as if a paratrooper (British troops parachuted into Suez in Nov. '56)?
