Mourinho is a better manager than Wenger but Arsene Wenger is better at working with younger players, picking up a team from scratch and developing them to the best of their ability. If Mourinho was to manage a shit team he wouldn't do as well as some managers.But if Wenger was to manage a shit team then he would nurture them to the best of their ability and improve them as a whole!
