When I worked for a fast food chain I had a goatee for the entire time i worked there.... the hair policy said no facial hair except a mustasche... and peopel with long hair had to wear hair nets.... well my district manager told me to shave my goatee... so i protested with why dont the long haired employees (all woman at this location) wear hair nets... plus i would gladly wear a mask on my face... she did not have anything to say and just told me to shave it.... Total Sexism...
What is annoying about all this is that when someone mentions sexism... they are referring towards sexism towards woman... I have experienced sexism in the work place towards me from females and other males.... a woman getting picked for a job over me cause she is 'attractive' (which is sexist to males and towards her cause shes using her womanhood to her advantage.. more as disrespectful to her though..).

One friend said, "How would you feel if I told you that the only reason you got the job was because of your skin color?" @000IMPERATOR000 If IQ tests are geared to test intelligence, they should be 100% universal. Our IQ tests aren't used to test the intelligence of people from Kuwait. There are cultural differences and language barriers which give the people in the same class as those writing the test an advantage. For instance, the question "What colour is milk" used to be on US IQ tests. Middle class students would answer white, and the poor would answer blue. The lowest grade of milk used to have a blue tint.

However, WHAT we choose to consist of race is the most important... and that choice is purely social. One friend said, "How would you feel if I told you that the only reason you got the job was because of your skin color?" There are cultural differences and language barriers which give the people in the same class as those writing the test an advantage. For instance, the question "What colour is milk" used to be on US IQ tests. Middle class students would answer white, and the poor would answer blue. The lowest grade of milk used to have a blue tint.

However, WHAT we choose to consist of race is the most important... and that choice is purely social. We could classify race by the length/width/size of feet and hands, and it would work out just as well, with smaller handed/footed people having different characteristics than larger... especially if these were socially dominant ideas for centuries.

You can of course argue whether or not it is correct to divide humans into different races, but there are most certainly differences between different ethnic groups. It is impossible to believe in the theory of evolution and at the same time think that humans have evolved similarly since we left Africa some 50 thousand years ago.

Even if it is true, it means that Asians are still more superior intellectually if they have a higher average I.Q. Therefore on average, they are more analytically intelligent. @draghollow I don't think you know half as much about analytical thinking or IQ as you claim you do. Anything below 140 is certainly not insignificant. High average starts at 110 and Superior at 120 and both are uncommon. You did not answer for the fact that if Asians have a higher average IQ, then yes they are more intelligent on average.
An IQ is an "intelligence quotient" that, in the simpliest sense I can reiterate, scores intelligence through analytical, mathematical, and spatial tests.

The art of dance involves physical acrobatics (at which few blacks are superior), memory, choreography, and balance. How many black ballet dancers do you see? When Shanequa does the stanky leg, it's not nearly the same thing.

AA hurts colored folks. Many studies find that AA hurts minorities who are accepted into Ivy League schools with low qualifications; they end up having lower grades than the white qualified student and much more likely to drop out and or be kicked out.
However, if a private school wants to accept more colored or whites into schools, they have every right to do so, just as long as the government doesn't force them to.
AA fails to help those its intended to help.
