There's nothing like building something with your own two hands, the smell of cut wood and the joy of fixing it together and finding that its flush, great job on the table. forget the Poker, you only need warhammer... and hockers.
@RamboSkills because if you roll for 20 units attacking at the same time you need a dice for each. if that doesnt make sense either watch a rules summary or just dont worry lol
Such a good job siire. You didn't by chance see 'The Sultan' gaming table and say something like... "Wow that's nice, I should build that!... WAY cheeper!" ;)
This is the best gaming table I've seen yet. That said if you built it again would you give the ends 'dice shelves' to the right of the fold out work space? It looks more than big enough to put them on the head and foot of the table.
I like where you put the cup holders, I don't know how many times someone has flooded the game area with 64 oz of Pepsi.
Fantastic work. As good as any of those Geekchik tables and far cheaper. What technique did you use for connecting the wood sections? I couldnt see anything like screws or nails.
You have to be so proud of the end result. What an UNBELIEVABLE Job! Would have loved to see a vid documentary of the build to see how it was built and how each section came together.
Do you have a parts list and end cost for the build? Thanks
@jimeronimo Thanks! Unfortunately I didn't document the build process in an effort to save time. The most expensive part should have been the wood, but I got that from my Dad. The next big expense was the foam and cloth, around $100. I'd estimate I spent around $350 total. I think if I had to purchase all of the wood the cost would have been more than doubled.
@jimeronimo I put a link to a google sketchup model in the video description. This was my starting design. I made a few minor changes during the build, but the model is a good start to any build.
everytime i open up the link for the blueprints it goes to notepad and its in korean!?!?! Whats wrong?
