you should try and make the composition have the same framerate as the original video, so that it looks more real (comparing to the camera of course) what I'm saying is that without matching framerate, the effect is more fluid than the actual video, know what I mean?

i will do a tutorial on this untill i master this effect myself. it has some problems with animating. like for some reason it just stands still and doesnt animate accordingly(like if i move my body, the effect will just stand still even tough the linked mask is animating. just be a bit patient and you will probably see the tutorial in the summer vacation/
