@Airsoftslave Not exactly a common collector cartridge, a 700 Nitro Express (made by H&H) in a box of 5 is roughly $385 US dollars (A-Square brand), not very budget friendly, and it could buy a lot of other cartridges equally exciting for the same money. The 700 AHR is a more affordable version and is of equal power. But the .50 is still more powerful, but other registered Destructive Devices are available in the awesome 14.5mm (Russian) , 20mm, 30mm, and wildcats based on these monsters.
@valttu94 Do a search for "408 brass", you can find places that sell just the cases- maybe try contacting those companies, see if they will sell you one (usually, brass is sold to reloaders in large amounts)
Also, there's more than one kind of .338. There's Lapua and Winchester Magnum, maybe others
the .41ae is not a desert eagle bullet because the .41 was an old old western guni thing 1845 something like that but the .41ae is just an evolved .41
@crayzbotzz700 mmmh i did say just about but truthfuly anything with light armor is a goner the thing and hit you a mile and a half away with the power of a .44 magnum at point blank range its a pretty powerful sniper rifle i think the 2nd most powerful in the world
.375 H&H magnum is a very popular hunting round and the benchmark round for African game. though hunters usually prefer larger calibers for elephant trophies. the .375 is good for warthogs and such game
the 50BMG is painted black because it was linked in a belt for the Browning M2. it marks every 25 to 50 rounds so you dont heat the barrel untill it warps or melt the rifling out.
@34601k Well, its an Anti-Materiel round. The military use it to destroy aircraft, armored personnel carriers, some tanks and the Armor-Piercing bullets can shoot through an inch of concrete in bunkers.
i have the last 3 you've mentioned, the 458 win mag, the 375 holand & holand (safari round) and the .50 bmg, but mine is a tracer bullet and it says 12.7x99, same thing
I have a 9mm semi-auto and first time shooting, I notice using Winchester ammo, the slide would not be held back after the last bullet was fired ? I have to try another mag and different ammo but does anyone think would could the issue be? I'm thinking the slide isn't being pushed all the way back to where the notch on the slide catches, so my guess is it's the ammo not being powerful enough ? I can pull the slide back by hand with mag in and it catches the slide open everytime.
