I think people pray in good times, maybe not as often but they pray a prayer of thanks, or we should anyway. I don't think its weird that you underlined things in your bible eiter, I did to. Maybe in some way it helped you at that moment in your life. :)

Hey, funny vid - and God doesn't hate gay people. In fact he loves them, just as much as he loves everyone else. Unfortunately most of today's "Christians" are pretty blinded to the fact that homosexuality is no more of a sin than lying or stealing or any heterosexual "fornucation", as well as the fact that Jesus hung out with the "outcasts" of society, and showed them love and kindness...and was really hardest on the "religious" hypocrites.

I was taught that Jesus IS God, as well as the Son of God... kinda like how ice and water are made from the same thing (H2O molecules) but they're in a different form. (solid and liquid)
